Additionally contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
